One of the core functions of my job is to make software migration as easy as possible from a knowledge standpoint. I know that everyone hates learning new software; this is a fact. Simply the thought generates feelings of tediousness, boredom, and a desire to eat shards of bristled aluminum. I get it.
So one of the things I like to do is create a bridge from the prospect stage to the onboarding stage. Give prospects and new customers a reason to be excited and actually look forward to learning a new piece of software.
